We sourced this coffee from Finca Las Brisas, a coffee farm near the village of Arabia, which lies near the hometown of co-founder Camilo Arbeláez, Pereira! Father and son duo Juan and Manuel Guillermo have dedicated their lives to producing environmentally sustainable specialty coffee.
By using an EcoMill to process the coffee beans, Juan and Manuel are able to save 99% of the water normally required to process coffee (about 39 liters per kilo of coffee!). This, in addition to the short fermentation process they use, makes these beans an extraordinary coffee in not just flavor but also impact.
