Encantado Coffee
Santa Elena
Santa Elena
Santa Elena is a single origin, medium-light roast coffee named after the farm it was produced at, Finca Santa Elena in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia. Each coffee bean was hand selected to ensure it met the 20-brix rating and then dried in the Andean sun for 25 days, resulting in a smooth flavor with notes of chocolate, blackberry, cognac, and oak. This coffee is produced and roasted in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality.
This coffee was produced by the very people you see pictured: Samuel and Paula of Santa Elena. Partners in both business and life, they seek to innovate the traditional methods of growing and processing coffee to lessen its environmental impact.
